This is where you learn how to stop bracing.

A live, relational healing experience for women who have learned to hold everything together and desire to feel safe and be held.

What This Beta Is

This is a live, small-group reparenting journey for women who are ready to heal the impact of having to become strong too early in life.

This experience is:
 

deeply relational and emotionally attuned


experiential rather than purely educational

paced and shaped by the group in real time


designed to create felt emotional safety and rebuild internal self-trust

This is not a traditional course.

There are no pre-recorded modules.

 

This beta will directly inform the creation of the full programme.

Each application is considered individually to protect depth, safety and group integrity.
There is no obligation to join.

This Experience is for You If:

✔   You are high-functioning, capable and quietly exhausted beneath the surface.

✔   You became independent, responsible or emotionally self-reliant very early.

Begin to notice your patterns before they take over rather than only afterwards.
 

Change often begins in moments where you are met differently than before.

Format and Delivery

A live, therapist-led group experience held in real time.

A relational healing space grounded in reparenting, where change happens through presence and co-regulation - not insight alone.

This is a small, curated group of 4 - 5 women, designed to support depth, safety and an intimate relational container.

Weekly live group calls

An 8-week guided healing journey

Experiential sessions focused on relational repair and nervous system regulation, not lectures or slides

Gentle behavioural activation supporting real-life integration and sustainable change

Reflective and integrative practices between sessions

Space for sharing questions and relational learning

Optional participant feedback that helps shape the final programme

Your Facilitator

This journey is held and guided by Dorota - a trauma-informed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist specialising in relational healing, inner child work and nervous system regulation.

Her work integrates attachment theory, neuroscience and body-based therapies, supporting change not only through insight but through lived relational experience. Dorota’s role is to hold a safe therapeutic container where survival patterns can gradually soften and internal safety and self-trust can develop at a pace that feels safe for your system.

Programme Journey Overview

Creating Safety and Awareness

We begin by building emotional and nervous system safety, gently exploring the origins of survival patterns and developing awareness of the parts of you that learned to stay strong.

You will begin to develop a compassionate relationship with protective parts, understanding their role while creating space for softer, more authentic emotional experiences.

Meeting the Protector

This phase supports the development of internal safety, self-trust and new relational experiences within the group container.

Reparenting and Relational Repair

Integration and Identity Shift

The work gradually supports bringing these changes into daily life, relationships, boundaries and how you experience yourself.
