The 6-Month Rewiring Journey is for the woman who is ready to go deeper and create change that actually lasts. Over 24 weekly sessions of 75 minutes each, we go beyond the foundation into the deeper layers of pattern, identity and nervous system rewiring that create genuine, lasting transformation. This is the journey where things really shift. What we work on together: — Rewiring the unconscious patterns driving your relationships, self-worth and choices — Deep inner child and parts work through clinical hypnotherapy — Rebuilding your identity beyond the role of the strong one - the caretaker, the one who holds it all together — Embodiment - learning to feel safe in your body, not just understand safety in your mind — Developing secure attachment patterns within yourself and in your relationships — Creating a life that feels genuinely yours, not one built around survival This journey is delivered through a combination of relational psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, drawing on the Embodied Secure Self Method™ - Dorota's signature therapeutic framework. What's included: ✦ 24 × 75-minute 1:1 sessions (in-person in Leeds or online) ✦ A personalised therapeutic plan created collaboratively ✦ Session summaries and reflection prompts between sessions ✦ Therapeutic homework tailored to your process ✦ Personalised audio recordings created for you - guided visualisations, meditations and hypnosis to use at home between sessions ✦ Mid-journey review ✦ Full BACP-registered, trauma-informed care throughout Your support between sessions: ✦ Priority access Monday–Friday during business hours ✦ 2 × weekly scheduled check-in calls (15 minutes each) ✦ Additional support available as needed between check-ins ✦ WhatsApp availability for brief moments of need You are not alone between sessions. This is continuous, held support, not weekly appointments in isolation. Investment: ✦ Pay in full: £5,400 (10% saving) ✦ Payment plan: 6 × £1,000 per month (total £6,000) Payment plans are available for all journeys. Details discussed on your Clarity Call.
