The 6-Month Rewiring Journey

Service Description

Rewiring is a six-month Journey with 24 weekly 75-minute therapy sessions, allowing more time for emotional and relational exploration and integration. Investment: £5,400 paid in full or six monthly payments of £1,000 (£6,000 total). The listing price shows the instalment total. Both Journeys begin with two initial assessment sessions, booked and paid for individually before you decide whether to commit. Both include a weekly 75-minute therapy session, two additional 15-minute check-ins each week by phone or online, and agreed voice-note support Monday to Friday within the contact boundaries agreed before starting. The work draws on relational integrative psychotherapy, attachment-informed and parts-informed work, nervous system regulation and optional clinical hypnotherapy where suitable and agreed. Resources and recordings are personalised where appropriate. We regularly review the work together. Experiences and outcomes vary. Cancellations and changes require at least 48 hours' notice.
