A personalised 3- or 6-month therapeutic journey for deep emotional healing, nervous system regulation and lasting change. Includes: • Weekly 75-minute sessions • Monday–Thursday voice and text support • Relational, attachment-focused therapy • Inner child and parts work • Nervous system regulation • Hypnotherapy, where appropriate • Personalised practices and resources 3-Month Foundation Journey: £3,000 or 3 × £1,100 6-Month Rewiring Journey: £5,400 or 6 × £1,000 Available online or as a combination of online and in-person sessions in central Leeds.
