Hypnotherapy Session - 75 minutes (£140)

This extended 75-minute hypnotherapy session gives you more space to settle, process and go deeper into subconscious work without rushing. It is ideal if you want: • more time for inner child work • deeper emotional release • somatic–subconscious integration • reparenting visualisations • trauma-informed regulation work • deeper belief change • a slower, more spacious pace This session blends therapeutic hypnosis, subconscious exploration and gentle nervous system work so you can shift emotional patterns at the root. Available online or in-person in Leeds. You can book sessions individually or integrate them into ongoing therapy.
