Service Description

A free 15–20-minute phone conversation about what has brought you here, what you are hoping for and whether my way of working may fit. The online calendar reserves a 15-minute slot. You do not need to tell your whole story or decide about therapy on the call. You can ask about individual sessions or three- and six-month Journeys. Journeys begin with two assessment sessions, paid individually before you decide whether to commit. No pressure. No commitment.
